Dharma
• Dharma means the nature of something, such that the nature of fire is to burn.
• The nature of human beings is our inner essence, as how the universe created us, from the perspective of a Guru who knows everything.
• Human dharma is to look for happiness. Happiness is not achieved by money or fame, as humans always want more. The only thing that satisfies us is ∞Infinity itself.
• Happiness, according to modern science, involves health, development and relationships. As seen by the Guru, physical, mental and spiritual health are taken much further. While health in all spheres is optimized, it also involves responsibility, benevolence and mental expansion, and leads to infinite happiness.
• Dharma is not only our nature in the sense of how we are created, but how we as humanity and life on our planet thrive. Saving the world is inherent in our nature.
Yoga
• Yoga is not just a set of movements and breathing techniques, but a system of practices and knowledge based on our true nature (dharma).
• In essence, yoga, is spiritual unification of individual consciousness with the Supreme Consciousness — becoming One.
• All the practices of yoga (morality, postures, meditation techniques, kiirtana, samādhi, kulakuṇḍalinii, bhakti, karma yoga, jiṋána yoga, and so on) are centered around spiritual unification. That's why they are called yoga practices.
• Yoga is focused on the cakras, which are not some vague energy centers. They consist of the central nervous system. In other words, the brain, the limbic system and the endocrine system. However, these are only the physical aspects of the central nervous system. The cakra system is a physico-psycho-spiritual system, which has more aspects, such as cakras, nādiis and the suṣumnā.
• The path of yoga is to move from animality (fear, shame) towards heroism (responsiblity, courage) and divinity (devotion, universal love).
Tantra
• In essence, tantra is expansion and liberating oneself from all bondage and limitations.
• From an individual perspective, expansion can be personal, but ultimately expansion must lead to ∞Infinity. Otherwise, expansion would stop.
• Expansion to ∞Infinity means to expand individual consciousness to the Supreme Consciousness, which is yoga, so in other words tantra and yoga are very intimitely linked.
• Expansion is not only expressed in consciousness, but in all aspects of life. As such, humanism must expand into the protection of not only all life, but the whole universe, including inanimate matter.
Guru
• A true Guru is not merely a spiritual guide, who inspires others how to think and act in life. A true Guru is a master and teacher of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of life. Not only individual life but collective life as well, including aspects such as social, economical and political life.
• A true Guru is not vague or fuzzy. Although there are inexplicable aspects of existence, the system of yoga and tantra are systematic, and the essence is simple to understand.
• The teachings of a true Guru, when practiced sincerely, lead to immense power and expansion. Only sincere devotion — achieved by deep intuition, experience and meditation — will bring true light to the practices.
